Effective date: October 19, 2026
Our website is hosted on Framer. Framer’s built-in analytics operates separately from Google Analytics. We use these services to understand visits, acquisition sources and use of our resources. They receive website activity and technical information, such as pages visited, referrals, browser and device information, and approximate location. Google Analytics is optional. We offer this choice to visitors worldwide. It starts only after you choose Accept in our Analytics choices banner. You can choose Reject and continue using our free resources. When enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies, including _ga cookies, and pseudonymous browser and session identifiers to distinguish visits and measure activity. Pseudonymous identifiers are not the same as anonymous information. We measure page views, resource-link clicks and other website interactions. Finder engagement includes clicks to the Finder and visits to its thank-you page; these measurements are separate from the answers submitted to Tally. Google Signals and user-provided data collection are off, and no Google Ads account is linked. Advertising personalization is disabled for this Google Analytics property in all regions. Google products-and-services data sharing is off. Aggregated modeling contributions and business insights, technical-support access and business recommendations are enabled. Google Analytics is configured to retain event-level data for two months and user-level data for fourteen months, with the user-retention period reset by new activity. These settings do not apply to most aggregated reports. You can reopen Analytics choices in the footer and choose Reject to stop further Google Analytics collection. The page reloads when you change your choice. Our website remembers your selection in your browser. Rejecting analytics or deleting cookies does not delete information already collected. You can also use your browser’s controls to block or delete cookies. If you clear the saved choice, we will ask again. Google also offers a browser opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout . These Google Analytics choices do not disable Framer’s separate built-in analytics. Read how Google uses information from sites and apps at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites .
The Finder uses Tally to collect and store the answers you submit. These include your prior-credit range and type, degree interests, research priorities, self-paced study preferences and timing, and any optional motivation information you provide. We use this information to provide starting-point guidance and understand how the Finder is used. The Finder does not provide an official transfer-credit evaluation. You can open the Degree Path Checklist after submitting without providing an email address.
You may provide an email address to request one Degree Path Checklist email. This does not subscribe you to updates or a marketing list. We use the address to handle your request, check for duplicate messages and honor a withdrawal. Email hello@credittodegree.com if you want to withdraw a request that has not yet been sent. Once the request is completed, withdrawn or closed as undeliverable, and no related matter remains open, we review the associated records and remove information no longer needed. We retain only the delivery or suppression information still needed to handle an unresolved issue, prevent duplicate messages or honor your withdrawal.
Our Tally forms can save unfinished answers in your browser so you can return to them. This browser-resume information is separate from the responses you submit. Server-side collection of partial submissions is turned off. Submitted responses are stored in Tally until manually deleted. They are not automatically erased when you leave the website.
Transfer Credit Reality Check and Remaining-Cost Comparison calculate in your browser. Their code does not send us your entries or save them in cookies or browser storage. Reloading restores the Reality Check example and clears Remaining-Cost Comparison entries. Your browser may separately offer features such as autofill. The pages containing these calculators still use website analytics as described above. Links to other CTD resources may identify which tool referred you, but do not include your calculator entries. The Finder is a separate form service.
Personal Path Review is temporarily unavailable. This does not cancel existing purchase terms, customer-support commitments or responsibilities for information already collected. The public qualification form is closed to new submissions. Our password-protected intake remains available for existing orders. It is not an invitation to purchase a new review. We retain qualification records containing eligibility information. Paid intake can collect academic documents, study preferences, budget and funding information, state of residence, an optional note, and order-related identifiers. Please use the protected intake only when instructed in connection with an existing order. Do not email transcripts or other academic documents. Retained qualification records and paid-intake submissions are stored in Tally; paid-intake submissions are sent through Make for receipt handling. Make can receive and queue submissions while its processing scenarios are inactive. Notifications containing submitted answers and document links are sent to an authorized operator’s Gmail mailbox. Stripe holds payment records. We use checkout name and email, order references and payment status to reconcile existing purchases and support customers. Uploaded source documents are used only to prepare the Personal Path Review. Our commitment remains that uploaded source documents will be deleted after the review is delivered and the seven-day clarification window has ended. We may retain limited order, analysis and report information as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, handle support or refunds, and improve service reliability. These limited records are separate from uploaded source documents.
When you contact hello@credittodegree.com, we receive your email address and the information or attachments you send. We use them to respond and handle the matter you raise. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information. We use service providers to operate the website and administer the business: Framer for hosting and analytics; Google for Analytics, Gmail and private operational records; Tally for forms; Make for form-receipt handling; Stripe for payment records; and OpenAI for AI-assisted business administration, including reviewing and drafting correspondence.
Contact hello@credittodegree.com to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. We may need information sufficient to verify that a request concerns your own records. Please do not send identity documents or sensitive identifiers unless we explain why they are necessary. We will review the relevant records, explain the outcome and identify any applicable limits. Existing commitments continue to apply.
For material changes, we will post a prominent website notice and update the effective date. We retain previous versions. A change to this notice does not override earlier promises or replace any additional consent required for a new use.
